Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use No Stress Agents, operated by Envo Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or engaging us to run outbound on your behalf, you agree to them.

What the service is

No Stress Agents finds relevant decision-makers at target companies, verifies their contact details, researches a current, genuine reason to contact them, and drafts a personalised email. You review and approve outreach before it sends through your own domain, unless you’ve separately agreed to a different sending arrangement.

What we don’t do

We don’t run your sales conversations or close deals for you. We don’t build or run paid advertising, SEO, or inbound marketing. We don’t replace a CRM: qualified prospects feed into whatever system you already use. We don’t guarantee replies, meetings booked, or revenue, and no claim on this site should be read as a guarantee of a specific outcome.

Your responsibilities

• Review outreach before it sends, if you’re on a review-before-send account.
• Keep your target market and product information accurate and current.
• Only send outreach through a domain and mailbox you’re authorised to use.
• Tell us promptly if a contact asks to stop hearing from you, so we can suppress them from future outreach.
• Comply with your own obligations under GDPR, PECR, or equivalent local law.

Pricing and billing

New accounts start with a free pilot: no fee, no commitment. If you continue past the pilot, pricing is agreed directly with you and confirmed in writing before any paid account starts, based on target list size and market. See /pricing for how that works.

Cancellation

There’s no minimum term and no lock-in. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@nostressagents.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Data and compliance

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and, for customers who need one, our Data Processing Addendum. We run outbound campaigns in a manner intended to comply with GDPR and PECR, but compliance for your specific campaign is a shared responsibility: see /gdpr for what that means in practice.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as described, without warranties beyond what’s stated on this page and in our written agreement with you. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost opportunities arising from outbound campaigns we run on your behalf.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
